Privacy Policy

agenIT runs locally on your engineers' machines. We do not receive your source code, file paths, prompts, or LLM responses. The only data our servers see:

• Your email (signup, login, billing).
• Your organisation name + billing email (if you subscribe at team / enterprise tier).
• Your subscription state (provided by our billing partner).
• Your licence's per-machine random identifier (for seat counting).
• Session-open/close timestamps + counts.

You can verify this with tcpdump on your network.
