These terms govern your use of agenIT (the "Software"). By installing or using the Software, you accept these terms.

1. Licence grant

Subject to your continuous compliance with these terms and payment of all applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and execute the Software solely for your internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, share your licence file, or use the Software to build a competing product. Every skill body served to your licence is uniquely watermarked; leaked content is attributable.

3. Warranty disclaimer

Software provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
